How quickly will I get a quote?
Within 2 working days of receiving the enquiry, in writing by email. If anything is unclear, there's a short reply first.
Is a single piece possible?
Yes. Production starts at one piece and goes up to small batches.
What does a project cost?
That depends on the design effort, the material and the quantity. Design and production are priced separately, and the written quote comes before any work starts.
What information is needed?
A short description is enough to start. Photos, sketches or measurements help. Existing drawings and 3D files can be used.
Is there a sample before production?
Yes. A sample is made for approval before production, and it can be adjusted until sign-off.
How long does it take?
That depends on scope and quantity. The quote includes a realistic delivery date.
Can logos or names be added?
Yes, laser marked directly on the product: logo, lettering, numbering or a personal dedication.
Which material is right?
That depends on the application. The materials overview gives a first orientation, and the final choice is made together when you enquire.
